KALAMIA OFFICE INFORMATION FOR MEMBERS

Dear Kalamia Members,                                                                               

KALAMIA CANE GROWERS OFFICE TIMES

Kalamia Cane Growers office will be closed from 4.30pm Friday, 23^rd December 2016

and will re-open on Monday, 9^th January 2017.

KALAGRO FUEL PRE-ORDERS OVER CHRISTMAS PERIOD

Kalagro Fuel Customers are invited to pre-order fuel before Friday, 23^rd December if requiring fuel during the office closure period.

Please Note:  To receive the Kalagro Discounted Fuel prices, orders have to be taken through the Kalamia Cane Growers Office.

The Delivery Dates available throughout this period are shown below:

Wednesday, 28^th December 2016

Friday, 30^th December 2016

Wednesday, 4^th January 2016

Friday, 6^th January 2016

Any orders taken throughout this period will be invoiced and emailed after the office re-opens (including the Credit Card Payment Option)

Notice to Members

Traffic Matters to be Aware Of:

 Curfew on Over-size Vehicle Movements

This will operate from midnight on  Friday 23 December to midnight on Monday 2^nd January

Duty of Care regarding mud on road from harvesters and haul-outs.

Council and Wilmar have again alerted us to ensure members do not contribute to risk of any accident occurring due to mud  dropped on roads.
