KCGO – COVID-19 – OFFICE SERVICES

As a result of the increasing spread of COVID-19 and measures implemented by Federal and State Governments, KCGO has previously put in place practices to ensure the welfare of its staff and members to minimise the chance of infection including but limited to personal hygiene, daily wiping of front customer counters and entrance door handles with antibacterial wipes as well as practising “social distancing” guidelines. In order to minimise this risk further KCGO office doors will be locked as from Wednesday 25th March with access restricted to on a “case by case basis”. Staff will be in attendance to ensure office operations, payroll services, fuel deliveries etc. continue uninterrupted however we are seeking members assistance in directing any enquiries via phone, email or mail rather than calling into the office.

Should access to premises be unavoidable, members and general public cooperation will be requested to practise “social distancing” guidelines.

Your assistance in these trying times would be greatly appreciated.
