BURDEKIN DISTRICT CANEGROWERS UPDATE
As an update for all members, following on from the news that PCGO (Pioneer Cane Growers Organisation)
have resigned their membership as part of Burdekin District Cane Growers (BDCG). KCGO would like to announce to members,
that BDCG will still operate, and we will continue to work in conjunction with Agforce Cane, on advocacy issues including the Senate Inquiry
follow up, the Reef 2050 Plan Review submission and the State Election.

The Australian Dollar currently trades at: 71.63 US cents
Forward indicative prices in Australian dollars are:
* $389 for Oct Contract – 2020 season
$396 for 2020 season
$385 for 2021 season
$361 for 2022 season
$354 for 2023 season
The 2020 Target Price Contract reflects a whole-of-season weighted average in a 3:2:1 ratio across the remaining three contracts.
For Growers who have chosen to roll 2020 – Season exposure, QSL will gross up their target price to be inclusive of roll costs incurred currently $0.58.
