Farmers United Message
Dear KCGO Member,
The following message is being distributed as part of a campaign being coordinated by Farmers United to raise $2.1 million in funding for the establishment of an independent Office of Science Quality Assurance (OSQA). The establishment of an OSQA is being recommended by Dr Peter Ridd so that the Science published in Queensland’s Scientific Consensus Statement 2017, which underpins the Bill currently before Parliament, can be fully checked.
KCGO supports this campaign and urges you to visit the Farmers United website (refer link below) and consider the most appropriate contribution you can make in support of deferring the Bill.
