Mill Performance Update

Good morning all,

More problems have been identified with #1 boiler at Inkerman. Growers have been advised to not burn until further notice. The current plan is to continue crushing, cut all the burnt cane and plan a shutdown. This plan is still developing and I will share more information as it comes to hand.

Invicta has a late zero hour today following the derailment and caustic clean yesterday. The loading is at 72%. The mill is crushing quite well

Kalamia restart after the clean was delayed last night and as a result they have a late zero hour today and loading at 70%. The mill is crushing well now.

Pioneer had another good run overnight. Rate is down slightly but is being increased today.

Kind regards,

Crushing Update – John Tait (Cane Supply Manager)

Good morning all,

Pioneer is going to have to do an unscheduled stop for 8 hours after zero hour this morning to replace some broken bolts at #1 Mill. Loading will be reduced to 8,500 tonnes for today.

Invicta also has a lighter loading due to various stops yesterday however the factory is crushing well at a high rate now

Kalamia rate is slowing as they head towards their clean next week but is crushing consistently

Inkerman is crushing well also but the rate is slowed a bit at present due to some issues around the clarifier which should be resolved throughout the morning.

Kind regards,

John Tait
